According to ABS-CBN report, Gil was died at the aged of 52 due to liver cirrhosis.
June Rufino (Gil's manager) was confirmed the sad news and said that Gil's family is asking for privacy but they will be issuing a statement regarding to the actor’s death within the day.
“As of now, the family is in deep grieving and they want private time with him,” Rufino said in a statement.
Mark Gil born on September 25, 1961.
