PAGASA News: LPA may turn to cyclone "Kanor"

PAGASA, the state weather bureau said that the low preassure area(LPA) spotted in East of Boringan, Eastern Samar might turn into a tropycal cyclone, Kanor.

As of 4 a.m on Monday, September 1, 2014, the LPA located at 770 kiloneter East of Borongan, Samar.

If the LPA turns to cyclone, it will be named Kanor.

Visayas and the regions of CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms, Pagasa said.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains or thunderstorms, Pagasa added.
