1 killed, 4 Injured after Trailer Truck hits house in Tondo

A 53-year old fatality was killed while 4 people injured after a trailer truck hit a house in Manila's Tondo district on Thursday, September 11, 2014.

According to "News TV Live",  the trailer truck was parked beside the house when it was hit by another truck with overloaded cooking oil.  It then went forward and hit the house.

The victim identified as Linday Yumol who was washing clothes inside her home when the accident happen.

The driver denied that he was speeding and claimed his truck's brakes failed. He now faces charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and multiple physical injuries and damage to property.
