Blind man shot dead while brushing teeth

While brushing his teeth, a blind man was accidentaly shot dead on Thursday in Cebu City.

The victim, Diosdado Cimafranca sustained a gunshot to his dead that causing his immedietly death.

According to a report, on August 7, 2014, the suspect Antonio Quitor had a fight with Michael Lagahit. When Quitor pulled out his gun to supposedly shoot Lagahit, he accidentally shot the blind man who was brushing his teeth outside his home.

The suspect run away after the incident, but he was later arrested by Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team and barangay officials.
