Members who hold the new Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card can get a special discounts when they buy foods, medicines, fuels, LPG and also a rebate on tuition fees!
How to apply and get a PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card?
- Download and print the Loyalty Card application form in Pag-Ibig official website.
- Fill-up the form. (You must have a Pag-ibig Fund Membership ID “MID” Number).
- Submit your application form and pay the Php 100 card fee at enrollment kiosk in selected Pag-ibig branches.
- Validate your information and sign in the signature tablet. Pag-ibig agent will take a photo of you, this will attach on your card.
Note: Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card can get within 15 days.
