The victim identified as Violeta Garcia.
According to the report, Garcia found dead with bloody head and blackened neck in a dark alley.
Garcia last seen at around 10 pm of Sunday.
According to her son, Arcino Garcia, Violeta leave after they were drank with her children but she did not return.
Barangay Tanod said, that the old woman might killed by addicts in the area.
