2-Year Old Child falls in manhole, Dies

A two year old child died after it falls in a broken manhole in Dagupan on October 24, 2014.

According to the Grandfather of the Child, while they are burning a trash, the kid go to their home to eat.

The old man checked the kid in their house but he did not see there the child. He noticed the manhole's improvised cover beside their house was broken so he decided to checked the uncovered drainage and they found the tot there.

The child were rushed to hospital but it no longer alive.
