Mentally Unstable Man killed his 2-year-old son

A man killed his sleeping two-year old son and also tried to attack his five-year-old daughter on Thursday.

According to a report in GMA Cebu, on Thursday morning, suspect and his live-in partner had argument in their home in Cebu City. The mother of the boy want the suspect to get a job in a construction project but the suspect got angry.

When the suspect took a knife, his live-in partner got scared and fled from the house.

The suspect vent his anger on his sleeping 2-year-old son then after killing his son, he tried to attack his daughter next, but the girl managed to run out of the house.

The suspect was diagnosed to have schizophrenia as early as 2012, Dr. Renato Obra of the Center for Behavioral Science said.
