Driver allegedly raped his own Passenger

A driver of UV Express is now in jail after he allegedly raped his passenger in Quezon City, a report in ANC Yahoo said.

According to the victim, Jane a sales lady in a mall in Fairview, she was boarded the suspect's UV Express to go home. But the suspect, Elviz Pedro changed the route and brought the victim to a house in Barangay Payatas.

Pedro allegedly raped the victim in the said place and also threatened to kill her.

Jane said, while the suspect fell asleep after the incident, she escaped but she did not take her things.

The suspect took the things, and asked to claim it, Jane added.

"Kahapon po tumawag siya uli kasi nakuha niya cellphone ko, 'yung passport ko nasa kanya," Jane said.

Pedro has denied the allegations, according to him, they have a relation with Jane for two months.

Pedro said "May relasyon kami. Nasa cellphone ang ebidensya ko, kung hindi nawawala, kinuha ang cellphone ko, nandoon lahat ebidensya ko na magkakilala kami,"
