Cherry Mobile officially revealed its newest "Phablet ng Bayan" after teasing it on their Official Facebook Page.

Packing a 5-inch display with scratch resistant, the Cherry Mobile Flare 3 has a 1.3GHz quad core processor. The said smartphone also has 1 GB RAM and 8 GB onboard storage.
