The suspect identified as Peter Nervara, 70, a caretaker of an apartment.
According to the report, the victim, Flora (not her real name) was cleaning the room of its boss on an apartment. While she's in the room, Nervara comes in and removed her clothes and then began molesting her.
"Inipit niya ang aking paa sa kama tapos dun na ginalaw na niya ang dibdib ko," Flora said.
According to Flora, she pushed Nervara to escaped from him and run out of the room. Flora immediately asked for help in Police Station.
Nervara denied the allegations and told that he has a heart disease so he could not cope the complaint.
