Police shoot a Contruction Worker

A construction worker dead on the spot after he was shoot by a Policeman in San Carlos city, Pangasinan on Tuesday, March 4, 2014.

According to GMA News TV's "Balita Pilipinas Ngayon" the victim named Benedict dela Vega was shoot three times by PO1 Ronald Depasina while they were drinking.

PO1 Depasina who was assigned at NCR Police Office was run off after the incident but Police said he is willing to surrender.
